I was commissioned to create an illustrated masterplan for the Pinckney Retreat new home community located in Beaufort, South Carolina. The masterplan is displayed within the Pinckney Retreat Sales center and distributed among the marketing materials for the home community. Original map dimensions 17″ x 18″ and created using watercolor and digital mediums.
