Not your normal, everyday, business card
This was a fun project. My client, a local optometrist, wanted to create some business cards for himself and his employees, but he wanted something more – something useful, but memorably different than the usual name, logo, and contact info. His idea was to create baseball themed cards. Working with him, I came up with these baseball themed cards inspired by the vintage baseball cards of the 1930s and 1940s. I invented a baseball team, their jersey’s, hats, wrote up silly bios for each employee to be placed on the back of the card, and then painted (digital paint, of course) the mini-portraits of each employee on the front of the card.
I’ve created several business cards for business, but these have been the most entertaining to develop and create.
